Shipping is free Canada wide.

This cost is built into the price of the box and will not be added at the end of your purchase.

Yes. We curate all of our items from Canadian businesses and buy directly from them.

We ship our boxes on a quarterly basis.

For both our "Quarterly Subscription" and "One Time Box", we ship March/Spring, June/Summer, September/Autumn, December/Winter.

We aim to have each box packed and shipped by the end of those months, with the exception of December. December will be packed and shipped no later than December 10, to make sure you have the box in time for the Holidays.

Yes, you can cancel anytime after you receive your first box and before the next boxes month.

Example: You want to cancel your March Box, please cancel your subscription before March 1. You can do that in the members portal or email us directly.
