Setting up a Subscription
When setting up the subscription for the first time, it is important to note the Subscription Cut Off Date, for that quarter/season.
For our next quarter's subscription,
please be aware that the cut-off date is the 14th of the prior month.
For example, to purchase the June box, you must complete the checkout process by May 14th. Purchases made after May 14th will be for the next quarter's box in September. This deadline allows our talented Canadian small business makers sufficient time to create the items required for shipping our boxes, ensuring that you receive high-quality and thoughtfully curated products every quarter.
Subscribe for the upcoming box or before the cut-off date.
June Box - May 14th is the cut-off date.
September box - August 14th cut-off date.
December box - November 14th cut-off date.
March box - February 14th is the cut-off date.
Once you've set up your subscription, there's no need to remember payment dates. Your payment will be automatically processed three months later, ensuring you're all set for the next quarter's box. This streamlined process makes it easier for you to enjoy our thoughtfully curated products without the hassle of tracking payment dates.
Cancel anytime after your first box arrives through the membership portal or email us directly.
